For Alpha and Omega Kingdom Center Facility we wanted to design an office-recreational building that has flexible and technologically-advanced working environments that are safe, healthy, comfortable, durable, aesthetically-pleasing, and accessible.
This new 32,000 sq.ft facility will be able to accommodate the specific space and equipment needs of each individual tenant. Special attention was given to the selection of interior finishes and art installations, particularly in entry spaces, conference rooms and other areas with public access.
This $4.875M project will also accommodate a recreational space that promotes health at its core.
