Project Overview

One Campus.
Many Uses.

The project brings recreation, professional workspaces, community functions, and media production into a single coordinated environment.

Alpha & Omega combines a newly constructed facility with the renovation of an existing building, creating a flexible campus capable of supporting day-to-day operations as well as larger community activities.

The program is organized across three levels, with public and recreation functions concentrated at the ground floor, professional workspace above, and a large media production / multi-purpose environment at the third floor.

The Challenge

Create a unified multi-use destination that could serve recreation, professional work, community gathering, and specialized media functions while integrating new construction with an existing building.

The Design Response

Organize the program vertically and by intensity of use: active community spaces at the ground floor, focused office functions at the second floor, and a large flexible media / multi-purpose volume at the third.

The Outcome

A completed 32,000-square-foot center that functions as both a daily-use facility and a larger gathering place, supported by 147 parking spaces and a flexible range of interior environments.

Program

Three Floors.
