Confidence.
Built.
Helping schools, institutions, businesses, and communities make confident decisions from planning through project execution.
The most important decisions are made before construction begins.
Park View
School
A completed school improvement that strengthens arrival, reinforces campus identity, and creates a more welcoming experience for students, staff, and families.

The Challenge
Transform a school originally built in the 1950s and expanded in the 1980s into a modern elementary school that felt like one cohesive campus—all within a fixed budget and a strict schedule for the 2026 school opening.
The Decision
Completely renovate the existing facility while balancing design, budget, constructability, and life safety. Through thoughtful planning and creative problem-solving, the project achieved the district's goals while maintaining both the construction schedule and the available budget.
The Outcome
A modern elementary school where multiple generations of construction now read as one cohesive campus—delivered on time, within budget, and ready to welcome students for the 2026 school year.

Define the Project
Understand the educational mission, users, existing conditions, funding, schedule, public approvals, and the questions that must be answered first.
Plan Before Designing
Test options, phasing, scope, budget, and occupied-building constraints before more money is committed.
Navigate Approvals
Coordinate code, agency review, education-facilities requirements, funding documentation, bidding, and the approvals required to move forward.
Stay Through Construction
Remain involved through submittals, questions, site observations, changes, closeout, and final completion.

The architect you meet is the architect who stays with the project.
Paper Plane is structured around direct leadership, consistent communication, and accountability from early planning through construction. Clients work with the principal from the first meeting to final completion.
