A five-story, 132-room hotel concept organized around extended-stay hospitality, flexible social spaces, and a central outdoor amenity experience.
The Dallas Atwell Suites concept brings together guest rooms, meeting functions, fitness, food and beverage, laundry, and outdoor amenities within a compact five-story hotel plan.
The ground floor is conceived as the social heart of the project, combining reception, lobby lounge, dining, bar, fitness, meeting space, and back-of-house functions around a clear circulation system. Upper floors transition into an efficient guest-room layout organized around a central corridor and vertical circulation core.
Guest amenities extend beyond the room itself. The planning incorporates a fitness center, outdoor pool, guest laundry, meeting rooms, and outdoor seating, while separating staff and operational functions from primary guest circulation.
The first floor combines a larger mix of guest-facing and operational spaces, while the typical upper floor relies on repeatable room modules and a straightforward central corridor. This clear separation allows the project to support both hospitality experience and day-to-day hotel operations.
The site plan creates distinct arrival zones for the main lobby and meeting functions, wraps parking around the building, and uses the hotel mass to frame a protected outdoor pool and seating area. Landscape buffers and pedestrian paths reinforce the guest approach from parking to entry.
Brand standards translated into a site-specific hospitality experience.
The architecture uses a restrained palette of warm ochre, light neutral panels, and charcoal gray to break down the scale of the five-story building and create a recognizable identity from multiple approaches. Vertical window groupings and integrated exterior lighting reinforce the facade rhythm while distinguishing the primary hotel entry.
