Repositioning an existing hotel for its next chapter.

Paper Plane Architecture developed a comprehensive renovation concept for this existing three-story, 101-room hotel, focused on strengthening the property's identity and improving the guest experience from arrival through the principal amenity spaces.

The design introduces a clearer entrance sequence, a more contemporary exterior composition, and a refreshed material palette while preserving the underlying building organization and maximizing the value of the existing asset.

A stronger arrival. A clearer identity.

The renovation concentrates architectural emphasis at the main entrance, using a bold vertical element, updated cladding, new lighting and a defined canopy to create a more recognizable presence from the parking field.

The façade strategy establishes rhythm along the long guest-room wings without relying on unnecessary complexity, allowing the renovation to feel substantial while remaining grounded in the realities of an existing building.

Guest experience, reorganized.

The proposed first-floor plan strengthens the relationship between arrival, reception and the hotel's shared amenities. The program includes a new lobby, lounge, breakfast area and fitness center while maintaining the 101-room hotel capacity.

Current Status

Design complete.
Awaiting Owner approval.

The project has not entered construction. Paper Plane Architecture has completed the current design direction and the project remains pending Owner authorization to proceed. No construction start date has been issued.
