A DUAL EXPERIENCE.
DESIGNED TOGETHER.

This project brings a premium nail salon and a fast-service restaurant into a single retail building. Separate entries, individual branding and distinct interior environments allow each tenant to operate with its own identity, while the brick exterior ties the development together as one recognizable destination.

One Building / Two Identities

A SHARED ADDRESS.
DISTINCT EXPERIENCES.

A unified brick façade gives the development a strong street presence while each business keeps its own entry, signage and interior character. The result is one commercial building that supports different operations without losing architectural coherence.

“A simple commercial building becomes stronger when each tenant can be distinct without the architecture becoming fragmented.”
