Financial discipline became the architecture.
The project was developed around a straightforward building form that reduced structural complexity and helped keep construction predictable. Instead of adding costly gestures, the design concentrated resources on the sanctuary and on the everyday support spaces the church needed most.
Conventional, durable materials were prioritized, and design decisions were evaluated against both their initial cost and their practical long-term value. The result is a completed church facility that is clear, functional, and tailored to the realities of the Owner’s budget.
That constraint became the central design problem—and ultimately the project’s strongest story.
