Development Overview

A community anchor on Superior Avenue.

Superior Commons is a 57,000-square-foot mixed-use development at 7007 Superior Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio — planned as a true neighborhood anchor.

It brings together a two-story convention and event center, a 12-classroom daycare, a neighborhood grocery, retail and ready-to-lease tenant space, a fitness center, and professional services — all organized around shared parking, landscaped green space, and a walking trail.

The schematic design has been approved by the City of Cleveland. The project is currently awaiting funding.

A Complete Neighborhood

Everyday needs, all in one place.

Beyond the event center, Superior Commons gives the neighborhood a grocery, a daycare, a gym, a dental office, and a row of shops and lease spaces — walkable, transit-friendly, and built around shared parking and green space so families can do more in one stop.

Shops, Grocery & Services

Room for the community to shop and gather.

A neighborhood grocery, a chartreuse-fronted retail center, and flexible ready-to-lease tenant spaces line the street — designed for local businesses and everyday convenience.
