Tronewood Street is a proposed two-building multifamily residential development, designed to create comfortable homes within a connected community setting.

Each three-story building holds a balanced mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments with private balconies, efficient layouts, and convenient resident amenities.

The development combines residential living, landscaped outdoor areas, organized parking, a swimming pool, and a playground within one coordinated site — currently in the Construction Documents phase while the owner secures financing.

Architectural Character

A modern residential identity, built with durable materials.

The design pairs strong contemporary forms with durable exterior materials for a clear, recognizable residential identity. Brick masonry, light stucco, dark metal panels, and transparent balcony railings layer together to add depth across the elevations.

Vertical masonry towers anchor the buildings, while projecting frames and integrated lighting give them a strong presence at night. Balconies and pergola-style shading support private outdoor living and bring variation across the façades.
