A compact residential development designed to maximize feasibility on a narrow urban site while creating efficient homes, clear circulation, and a strong architectural identity.
The project is organized around the realities of a constrained Brooklyn infill site. The building uses a compact vertical arrangement to maximize residential potential while maintaining straightforward circulation, functional apartment layouts, and a clear architectural presence.
A centralized stair and elevator core allows the residential units to occupy the perimeter, improving planning efficiency and creating a repeatable framework for the upper floors.
The building form is intentionally disciplined. Rather than forcing complexity into a narrow footprint, the design concentrates circulation in one core and gives the surrounding floor area back to the residences.
The plans illustrate how the project changes from the ground floor to the typical residential levels and upper floors while maintaining the same clear circulation strategy.
